"I worked closely with Viki on a large, complex implementation where I led the overall initiative and Viki was a key senior contributor on the technology team. Viki brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and strong execution discipline. He has a clear ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-designed technical solutions, and he consistently demonstrated ownership of critical components from design through delivery. What I particularly valued was his pragmatic, solutions-focused approach under pressure and his willingness to step up beyond his immediate scope to ensure overall project success. Viki is a dependable technical leader who elevates the teams he works with. I would confidently recommend Viki for senior technical or architecture roles requiring strong delivery leadership and sound engineering judgment."

"I have worked with Viki for years, and I can attest to his cultural, professional, and personal integrity. One of his characteristics that has helped me the most in understanding the architecture is his ability to structure complex technical processes in a way that non-technical people can clearly understand without ambiguity. Over the years working together, we took a 'basic' tool that was in the hands of only a few users and transformed it into a global tool used by thousands. His ability to turn business ideas into technological solutions is remarkable, and I also want to highlight his sensitivity to end user needs even without being in direct contact with them, and whenever such contact is required, he is always available."
